Overview

A pleasant autumn afternoon walk with attractive countryside. 

Our group last walked this route 16/9/24

Starting at the track that leads to Little Wauldby Farm,we head to Wauldby Dam,and join part of the High Hunsley Circuit.Walking through South Wold Plantation we head to Long and Bottom Plantation. Heading towards Turtle Hill,we arrive back at Wauldby Dam and head back to the cars.

👬 New walkers are always welcome 

🅿️ When parking please park near as possible to the hedgerow on the left hand side to allow farm vehicles to pass. 

🥾 The walk offers walking in mixed woodland with plenty of autumn colours. It also offers the chance to walk on secluded farmland  tracks.

🐕 Dogs are welcome on short leads please

Chalk Lane is a track off Swanland Dale Road. At the entrance to chalk Lane there is a sign stating Little Waulby Farm
