Overview

A walk from Waverley Abbey, joining a section of the North Downs Way and passing High Mill House before reaching Moor Park. We will then return to Waverley Abbey through woodland and past Mother Ludlam's cave.  There are no stiles on the walk and there will be a short stretch of road walking.

We will include a 15 minute break for refreshments on the walk, so please bring a drink and snack and and plenty of water, especially if the weather is hot.  As a visitor, if you wish to join this walk do make sure you are fit enough for the pace and terrain and have the right footwear and clothing for the walk. Walking boots/shoes and wet weather clothing is advisable if it is likely to be wet.You can contact Farnham & District Ramblers Group or the leader if in doubt.  https://www.farnhamramblers.org.uk/walks-programme.html.  There is also a cafe and toilets available at the end of the walk for refreshments (dogs not allowed in the cafe, but there are picnic benches outside.  Dogs on leads most welcome.
