Overview

10:00 start Forest Hills Hotel WA6 6HH, SJ518768 13 miles, 2,100 ft total, moderate (no strenuous climbs).

Helsby Hill via Beacon Hill and Fox Hill then along N Cheshire Way, Longster Trail and Pingot Lane to enter Delamere Forest at Manley Common.

Exit the forest near Birch Hill, returning via Snidley Moor, Woodhouse Hill and the Sandstone Trial.
