Postcode:SK11 0QE  Approx: 5.25 miles (about 3 hours)    Moderate plus.
No toilet facilities.     Roadside parking near to The Ship Inn.

Route: Along field path above the River Dane to Bartomley Farm and on to Allmeadows Farm.  Cross A54 and walk through fields beneath Hammerton Knowl to Hazels and along the farm track to Longgutter Farm. Cross A54 again at The Wild Boar Inn and continue to Hammerton Farm and Bartomley Farm once more before returning to the cars.

A walk with splendid views. Needless to say, very muddy and boggy in places.
Unfortunately The Ship Inn is closed on Tuesdays, but the WIncle Brewery serves excellent beer!
