This is a linear walk from Rickmansworth Met Line Station to Bushey Station. The first section will be from Rickmansworth Station onto Chorleywood and then to the Aquadrome, where we will have lunch. After lunch we will walk along the Ebury Way to Bushey Station.
Please note, there is no direct train back to Rickmansworth Station from Bushey Station. For those travelling by car, there is the option to leave cars at the Aquadrome before the walk (where there is free parking) and walk up to the start point and just complete the first 7.5 miles.
Please bring along a packed lunch and drinks for the day but there is the opportunity to get a quick drink in the cafe at the Aquadrome at lunchtime.
Meet at outside the Rickmansworth Met Line Station and the walk will end at Bushey Station.
Participants on this walk need to have suitable footwear and equipment and be able to walk the distance and terrain so please consider this before booking. If you are unsure then please contact the walk leader before booking to ascertain whether this walk is suitable for you.
The leader has set a limit of 18 walkers and requires you to book. If your plans change please let the leader know in case there is a waiting list. Your details will be used solely for the purpose of the walk and will then be destroyed.
