GAWSWORTH

From the start point we walk south on field paths towards North Rode Manor before joining the Macclesfield Canal at Lock 1 of the Bosley flight of locks. The canal towpath takes us north to Danes Moss Nature Reserve. We then follow lanes and tracks to pass Gawsworth Hall and then back to the cars. We will be walking on field paths, canal towpath, lanes and tracks. There may be some mud after heavy rain. The walk will be taken at a pace to suit the group.
