Overview

A brisk walk from Gerrards Cross Common through Bulstrode Park to Hedgerley, where we stop for a short morning break by the church. From there, we progress through Stoke Common Nature Reserve to Fulmer for a picnic lunch, before returning through Bulstrode Park to our start point. It's not a particularly hilly walk, but it can be very muddy in places with a lot of standing water, so waterproof boots are strongly recommended.

Look for the GXCA car park halfway along East Common road. It is marked as a private car park but we have permission to park there for this walk. Drivers should leave their registration numbers at Reception (just inside the large white building) and make a small donation towards the Community Association. Suggested donation £2. The cafe inside the main building will be open for teas/coffees/breakfast etc, and toilets are also available. We will gather under the large Lebanese cedar tree in the car park (near the car wash).
