We are the Bury St Edmunds Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
A walk around Great Maplestead, Castle Hedingham, and Gestingthorpe. Starting from Great Maplestead recreation ground car park. The walk will head to Castle Hedingham for a coffee break with toilets. Continuing initially on the Magna Carta Way to Gestingthorpe Church for lunch. We will then head back to Great Maplestead via Wickham St Paul.
No stiles. Only a short section of road walking. Using some bridleways so could be muddy in places.
Please bring your own lunch and refreshments.
