Overview

A walk of about four and a quarter miles via Brent River Park and Hanger Hill Park which includes one steep hill climb).  The route passes close to Perivale and Hanger Lane stations,  should an early opt-out be preferred.  Refreshment possibilities at the end of the walk.  Should finish by about 13.15.
