We are the Rutland Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.

We head south west out of the village across farmland to Slawston then continue west to Cranoe. From Cranoe, we walk north and cross the Goadby Road then pick up the Midshires Way. After 6 miles we turn south east heading back towards Hallaton.
There will be livestock so not suitable for dogs.
There will be a stop for coffee and another for lunch. Please ensure you have adequate, and suitable, drinks and a picnic lunch with you.
Please consider car sharing arrangements with other members to reduce the pressure on parking spots at the start of the walk.
In the event of severe weather, please contact the leader on the day of the walk to check the walk is still on.
Park considerately in Hallaton on North End Road near the Fox Inn. We will start from North End Road
