Overview

This is a 8 mile circular walk, through fields and woodland at a Leisurely pace, 2.5 miles mph or less. We walk from the picturesque Hambleden Village up to Pheasants, then down to Skirmett and will have a banana stop on route. We then continue to Fingest Church. We will have our picnic lunch here. We then return through Skirmett and walk along the Hambleden Valley before arriving back at the start. We can visit the village shop or the PH for refreshments if desired.
The route has some ups and downs, but there are no stiles. There will be some lane walking on quiet roads. There may be some muddy areas after rain. Walking boots are highly recommended and walking poles may be useful if its muddy.
Please bring food and drink.

Horses and sheep may be in fields so Well controlled dogs are allowed, but may need to be on leads in some sections.
