This walk takes in Towerhouse Woods with its bubbling pond and polo oak. We cross stony steep into Wraxall and Truckle Woods before arriving at The Happy Bench with its glorious views.
There will be the occasional stile and two or three small, steep climbs to stretch our legs.
The return route heads though Watercress Farm and back towards Nailsea where there are plenty of options of a coffee shop for those wishing to rest up and chat before returning to cars. (Optional.)
The walk starts at Pound Lane, Nailsea.
Please park along Pound Lane (lay-by and along road) around the bend as you drive away from the Fire Station and away from the two schools.
