Hassocks station meeting point east side next to the Hassocks pub. Heading east towards Ditchling across fields with view of Oldland Mill. In Ditchling there are toilets, we’ll stop for 10 mins. Through woodlands to westmeston bostal where we ascend. There is a short steep section unsuitable for vertigo sufferers then onto SDW Ditchling Beacon. On the ridge we’ll have lunch with the lovely views. Bring packed lunch. Onto jack and Jill windmills where we descend and make our way back to Hassocks station
