SOME OTHER NEWS
Ramblers UK have created a new web site.
However this has caused additional problems for members to access information about walks and also there is no facility to post notices at the moment.
This means information about socials, committee matters, holidays, etc. cannot be displayed at the moment.
Dave our web master has spent quite a few days in lengthy conversations with Ramblers HQ and is trying to get them to clarify what they intend to do about the problems. If you go on to the web site scroll down to the named walk and double click for further information.
For further walks scroll across to each picture.
FINALLY SOME COMMITTEE NEWS
Randy our secretary is moving to live in Australia in the Autumn which leaves a vacancy. The main duties of the secretary are to take the minutes of the meetings and send out the agendas for the next one. We only have 4 committee meetings per year plus the AGM so nothing too taxing. If anyone would volunteer to take over this position it would be appreciated.
