This is a coach walk.
The coach starts from Nottinghamshire County Hall, Loughborough Road, Nottingham NG2 7QP at 9.15am and Maid Marian Way (outside Evans Cycles) at 9.30am

There will be a choice of three walks of varying distance to suit most abilities
A Grade 'A' hard walk of 8-10 miles, possibly with more difficult conditions, a grade 'B' moderate walk of 6-8 miles and a grade 'C' easy walk of 4-6 miles

Coach fare for members £13 and £15 for non members

A WALK - Leader: Linda & Dave J - 10 miles
Route: Newtown Linford, Ulverscroft Priory, Beacon Hill, Woodhouse Eaves, Bradgate Park, Old John Tower & War Memorial, Newtown Linford
Terrain: Fine views of rolling Leicestershire countryside. Pub stop time permitting

B WALK - Leader: Jude Wensley - 8 miles
Route: Bradgate Park, Old John Tower, Woodhouse Eaves, Swithland Wood, Hallgates and then back through the park
Terrain: It follows part of the Leicestershire Round footpath
There are two toilets en route and a pub stop at Woodhouse Eves if requested and if there is time

C WALK - Leader: Paul Wagstaff - 7.25 miles
Route: Newtown Linford, Hallgates. Swithland Woods, Woodhouse Eaves, part of the Leicestershire Round, Bradgate Park via the Old John Tower, Newtown Linford
Terrain: part field and woodland paths including a golf course, steady climb in Bradgate Park
