We are the Ryedale Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
A 10 mile walk starting at Hawnby Church. We start by climbing to Sunny Bank Farm and then walking towards Dale Town. At Dale Town we head east towards Gowerdale house and then we walk through Peak Scar Wood turning west to Peak Scar Top. Next we do a short stint on the road before heading south east on top of Cliff Wood. We then descend to Shaken Bridge Farm and do another short stint on the road crossing Shaken Bridge before heading north part Fair Hill Farm and turning north west behind Easterside Hill and then west towards Sportsman Hall and Moor Gate. We then climb the iconic Hawnby Hill before dropping back down into Hawnby.
