A leisurely walk - though with a few upward inclines - starting with a circuit of Haydon Woods and Wildflower meadows, before heading south beside the River Arrow for a view of Coughton Court. We return North skirting Windmill Hill and Parson's Spinney.
Fields, tracks and woodland.
No stiles.
We will (gates allowing) be diverting slightly to avoid a field of Highland Cattle with their bull, BUT, please do wave as they are a friendly breed.
Parking is at Haydon Wood Car Park, off Spernal Lane.
This is not a huge car park, so do consider sharing.
A small donation in the car park box (? £2 per car?) is welcomed.
The Little Lark in Studley is a nice pub for a snack afterwards - no pub parking, but plenty of space in the streets behind it.
