We are the Castle Bromwich Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
This walk follows footpaths across fields to Preston Bagot Church. We then follow the Stratford upon Avon canal north east passing several locks and the Yarningale Aqueduct . At Finswood Bridge we leave the canal and, using a short stretch of lane, access the Heart of England Way across fields to Edge Lane. We will then join the lane. Following Edge Lane until we reconnect on the outskirts of Henley with the outward route.
There are a few stiles and some wet muddy areas but only one incline up to Preston Bagot Church.

Meet for car sharing on the service road opposite Aldi on Chester Road, Castle Bromwich, leaving at 9am
Pass through Henley in Arden and at the traffic lights turn left. Immediately after passing a petrol station on your left, take a left turn signed Prince Harry Car Park /Medical Centre (brown sign free parking) Follow the road through housing to the car park.
