Road, then easy paths to Rowell Lane, a steady hill on paths and lanes to Nethergate for an early lunch and cut off point (at 81 bus terminus, it will be 4 miles), down paths including a tricky rock stile near the bottom (helping hands will make it easier) a quiet lane, then Rivelin Valley trail (passing toilets and possibly a quick ice cream stop!!!) and back to tram stop.
