We are the Surrey Heath Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Starting from the NT carpark we will walk past some wooden sculptures and follow the route of the old road with stunning views across the area. We'll walk through woodland to take in autumn colours along a bridlepath and a quiet road passing some historic houses. Taking one steep descent, we then ascend through woodland returning to the carpark.
Chargeable carpark except NT members go free but need to scan their card at the machine. Cafe and toilets. Robust ankle boots and poles are recommended due to uneven ground, some rocks, conkers and acorns underfoot. Could be slippery if recent rain has fallen.
