We are the Windsor & District Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
We will walk through Iver Village and along Swan Road to the River Colne and then north to the edge of Uxbridge and then along the Grand Union Canal via Cowley Lock and back to Iver passing Little Britain lake on the way. It may be muddy in places and the route may vary on the day if conditions dictate. Bring a drink and snack.
Meet in the free parking area for Iver Recreation Ground, signposted for Saxon Court and Recreation Ground from the High Street in Iver, B470. (It's by the zebra crossing nearly opposite Iver Junior School.) The meeting place is on the First number 3 bus route from Slough to Uxbridge. Alight at Iver Junior school.
