We are the Hampshire 40+ Walking Group. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
This is a cracker of a walk offering great views from the high coastal cliff top paths and inland hills. We will explore the coastline (known for it's outstanding rock formation and fossils) and walk through the pretty village of Kimmeridge to sample delicious icecream/coffee. It would be rude not too!
The Jurassic Coast is England's only Natural World Heritage site and stretches for 95 miles along the English Coastline from East Devon to Old Harry Rocks near Swanage, Dorset.
Everyone is welcome including responsible dog owners.
Bring snacks and drinks for 2 stops.
Meet for a prompt 11am start.
Drinks after will be at The Scott Arms pub overlooking the ruins of Corfe Castle and I will also be dining there .....

Houns Tout free car park. Sat nav directions: 50.61519, -2.06712 Directions: Drive to The World's End pub in Almer, Blandford Forum, then reset sat nav to The Scott Arms pub in Kingston. There is a sharp right hand turn and drive past St James Church keeping the church on the left. The Houns Tout car park is about 100 yards further up from the church and is easy to miss.
