Overview

A pleasant wander around the paths & history of Trench and Ketley.  Starting the Hare and Hounds public house on Holyhead Road this will be a circular walk and we will walk to Ketley Bank, Paddock Mound, through the Millennium Nature Reserve to Middle Pool in Trench, on to Oakengates and then back for lunch at the pub.  There will be a few short inclines, but the walk is mainly flat on good paths.  Total distance approximately 5 miles.  Dogs on leads are welcome and the pub is dog friendly.   If you are planning to stay for lunch please let the leader know as meals need to be pre-ordered.

The walk will start at 10.00 am at the Hare and Hounds.  Car sharing available from FRP
