We start the walk outside the Dog and Gun pub in Keyham. Keyham is an attractive village dating back to the 11th century. The walk follows ancient footpaths and bridleways across fields towards Houghton on the Hill. We then take a diversion to visit the site of the deserted medieval village of Ingarsby, returning to Keyham following a stream.
There are a few styles on the route.
We start from the Dog and Gun pub and can park there or nearby if staying for refreshments.
Park in car park for the Dog and Gun or near village hall or considerately in local streets.
