Overview

A 5 mile walk with no stiles passing Virginia Water, Obelisk Pond and Cow Pond and back via the Savill Building which has toilets and a possible coffee stop. We should see ducks and geese at Cow Pond plus some seasonal shrubs in flower.

Meet at the map board by the main entrance from the car park at Virginia Water on the A30. The Virginia Water car park costs £3.10 per hour from as soon as you enter the car park, payable by card on leaving the car park. The lay-by on the A30 is free until 11am and then £3 per hour using the RINGO app on a mobile phone. Members of Windsor Great Park get free parking with a valid membership card.
