An approx 8 mile walk, through Lambley Dumbles, Lambley, Woodborough, finishing in Lowdham. Estimated finishing time 3 pm.
Return via No 26 bus hourly from Lowdham. Mostly flat, but two steady climbs. Could be muddy.
