An 8.2 mile circular walk from and returning to the north Warwickshire village of Fillongley. The route follows an attractive selection of minor and very minor lanes (some little more than farm tracks) and so avoids all fields which are presently rather water-logged if not flooded. As such, there is always some sort of hard paving underfoot on this walk and there are no stiles. Walkers should, however, expect wet roads with some sizeable puddles all of which were easily passable on the recce.
Although this is a "road" walk, please do not attend wearing trainers, normal walking footwear is still essential!
Please meet next to the Manor House pub in the village. Suggested parking is in adjacent Eastlang Road, Church Lane or Ousterne Lane or a little futher away if busy. Please park responsibly.
