Overview

Be aware there are steep steps at the beginning of walk, but we will take our time and have a breather at the top. Through Leigh town and High street to Southend where there is a choice of Wetherspoons, Fish and Chips etc. Return via gardens.

Leigh on Sea railway station Car park behind Leigh Station, use machine rather than pay boot sale man as you have to get back before we finish walk. The boot sale parking expires at 2pm. (NB there is a rail replacement service on the Tilbury Loop, so best to drive to Leigh)
