Our Winter Walks Programme has monthly walks on the first Wednesday evening each month (apart from October) from October until April. These walks are all on well lit streets mainly on pavements or illuminated footpaths. They all start at 7pm and are approx. 4 miles usually finishing between 8.30pm and 9pm.
The final Evening Street walk starts at The Civic Centre, Blackshots Lane, Grays RM16 2JU. We shall be covering an area starting with the Woodview area of Grays walking on the edge of Chadwell St Mary and going downhill to pass The Gateway Academy Tilbury. Proceeding along Marsh Foot Road we reach Little Thurrock passing 2 pubs before proceeding along Rectory Road to the finishing stop at The Civic Centre. Walk of approximately 4.5 miles in length.
