Overview

This a 10 mile walk starting from the Crown Inn in Withybed Green, Alvechurch. As the name suggests this is a hilly walk but most of the hills are in the first half of the walk and after lunch we walk down throughohe woods, then pass Cofton Hacket Church and the Two Bittler reservoirs before joining the Worcestershire and Birmingham canal to walk  back to The Crown Inn.

This is a lovely varied walk  over green fields, country lanes, beautiful woods and a golf course. There are some  lovely views from the highest point of the LIckeys and from the top of Billberry Hill. We shall be stopping for lunch at the Lickey Hills Visitor centre, but you need to bring your own refreshments as the Cafe there is now closed. There are toilets available there.
