We are the South Cheshire Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.

Starting through the Nature Reserve of Lindow Common and past the Black Lake, the path goes via Saltersley Moss, across fields and down Graveyard Lane!
We then cross more fields and a short stretch along a road to the perimeter fence of Manchester Airport, where we can plane spot!
On leaving the airport we follow the Bollin Valley Way the river and through woods before arriving at Morley Green.
A walk through the woods at Lindow Moss takes us back to the cars.
A mostly flat walk with some short inclines along the Bollin Valley Way. A small number of easy well maintained stiles but mostly kissing gates.
There may be some sheep and a couple of horses so no dogs please.
