The Line walk from Greenwich to Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park
The Line Walk is London’s first dedicated public art walk. The Line features an interesting walk taking in a series of art installations and heritage. We will be starting at Greenwich Peninsula and taking the Cable car over to the Royal Docks to continue our way mostly along the River Lee. Taking in the art works along the way ending at the Olympic Park. Oyster cards can be used on the cable car.
Please bring along a packed lunch and drinks for the day.
Meet at North Greenwich Station, SE10 0PH, which is on the Jubilee line.
The walk will end at the Olympic Park. E20 2ST, which is served by a number of stations.
Participants on this walk need to have suitable footwear and equipment and be able to walk the distance and terrain so please consider this before booking. If you are unsure then please contact the walk leader before booking to ascertain whether this walk is suitable for you. Please remember to bring along your ICE (In Case of Emergency) card with details of emergency contacts, medical conditions and medications.
The leader has set a limit of 18 walkers and requires you to book. If your plans change please let the leader know in case there is a waiting list. Your details will be used solely for the purpose of the walk and will then be destroyed.
