Overview

The route starts at the Lifeboat shed in Borth following the Wales Coast path with its several gradients to Wallog with views across Cardigan Bay on the way.  From Wallog the path continues past Clarach beach to the last ascent to top of Constitution Hill. A sharp descent  follows to Aberystwyth promenade.   (See Info below about Bus times)

 The 512 bus service leaves Aberystwyth bus station at 0900  from stand 2 for Borth .  CONTACT LEADER MAX No 15. Path can be slippery if wet so walking poles recommended.
