We are the Mid Wiltshire Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
From Batheaston we have a short uphill walk before a level section to Bailbrook crossing the A46, almost unnoticed, before a long climb to Woolley and its church. From there we steeple chase to Upper Swainswick and re cross the A46 to pass through Chilcombe Bottom nature reserve and then climb up Little Solsbury Hill before returning to Batheaston. Some hills and possibly some livestock. Two short refreshment stops.

Roadside parking in Batheaston. Meet outside the car park but do not park there as restrictions apply.
