Overview

A walk on the south side of Pewsey, passing through Southcott before ascending Pewsey Hill with views towards the White Horse.  We then cross Pewsey Down, passing the Giant’s Longbarrow before descending to the hamlets of Fyfield and Kepnal back to Pewsey.  One steep ascent and a long descent.  A few stiles.

There may be livestock enroute and sticks may be useful as it may be muddy.  Chalk, in particular, can be slippery when wet.  Bring refreshments for one stop.  We will be back for lunch
