We are the Ramblers group for eastern Carmarthenshire. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Starting at Llandyfan church, the walk follows a section of the Heart of Wales Trail. At one point we climb to the top of Carreg Dwfn with stunning views of Carreg Cennen castle and Garn Goch, as well as views of the Western Beacons. There is a short steep climb on this walk.

Six stiles, with one difficult stile. No dogs except registered assistance dogs. Livestock loose on sections of the walk. Wet and muddy in places, gaiters and waterproof footwear required. Walking poles are recommended.
