We are the Ramblers group for eastern Carmarthenshire. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.

A circular walk along quiet lanes and newly opened footpaths, meeting some friendly donkeys on the way. We will drop into the valley then climb up onto open moorland for a lunch stop with a view before circling back round. A fair bit of up and down, and one short steep climb. There are several stiles.
Please car share if possible as there is limited parking.
It is likely to be muddy, so suitable footwear essential and walking poles advised.
Not suitable for dogs, other than assistance dogs

Llandeilo rail station car park. Car share where possible to walk start, as parking there very limited
Start is at Cae Kitty. Take the B4302 from Llandeilo to Talley. After 4 miles pass Taliaris churchyard on right and then take the 2nd turning on the right towards Llansadwrn. Go over the bridge and pass Pwllau-cochion farm on left and prominent white house on right. Second track on right will take you to Cae Kitty. Very limited car spaces at Cae Kitty.
