Overview

From Loch Glow, passing the Inneans, to make a steady ascent of Dumglow, continuing via forest tracks to Kirkhill Common and Nivingston Hill.

[To find starting point:- Leave the M 90 at Junction 5 and follow B 9097 towards Crook of Devon for 2 miles. Fork L towards Cleish, but almost immediately turn L signed Townhill & Dunfermline. Continue for another 2 miles, then take rough road on right to Loch Glow. Park in open space on right shortly after Anglers’ Car Park comes into view ahead.]
