Overview

After catching a glimpse of the Upminster Windmill, this 4.5-mile section of the London Loop continues beside the River Ingrebourne, passing through pleasant riverside parks, including the wild and lovely Hornchurch Country Park, and ends up just outside the picturesque Rainham village. 
Lunch stop will be in a pleasant café in the park, with picnic facilities, toilets and even a shop. No toilets at the start. 
!!!  No booking required, just turn up.
