We are the Portsmouth Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
A circular walk along the Thames from Waterloo Train station, via Lambeth Palace, Battersea Park, Chelsea, stopping for coffee, lunch and tea at Lambeth Palace, Battersea Park and Tate Modern Gallery before returning to Waterloo.
The meet is under the clock on Waterloo train station for a 10:20 departure allowing for trains from Portsmouth Harbour via the Cosham/Fareham line or the Havant/Petersfield line.

Portsmouth Harbour 07:55, Portsmouth & Southsea 08:00, Fratton 08:04, Hilsea 08:08, Cosham 08:13, Portchester 08:18, Fareham 08:24 arriving Waterloo at 10:04
Portsmouth Harbour 08:15, Portsmouth & Southsea 08:21, Fratton 08:25, Havant 08:34, Petersfield 08:48 arriving at Waterloo at 09:52.
Returning trains can be booked separately dependent upon post walk plans, The leader will be eating at a restaurant on the Thames returning on the 19:09 direct train to Cosham.
A train for the Petersfield Havant line departs Waterloo at 19:00.
The walk is planned to return to Waterloo around 17:15, stops dependent.
