Meet at 10 am on Long Melford village green near Holy Trinity Church. A pleasant walk with two quite steep slopes. Look up Foxearth Meadow on the Internet for background information. Some walking on minor roads.

Long Melford is a busy little place. Be prepared to look for a parking spot. Meet at the village green at 10am. Usually,  at this time of the year you can access parking spaces actually on the village green via Church Lane, by the Black Lion Hotel. If green unavailable park sensibly locally. If necessary,  there is a public car park opposite Melford Hall, a good 5 minute walk away.
