Overview

This is a walk for leaders and those who would like to become a leader. A 4-5 mile walk in the forest during which we can practise skills such as using phones to call for help, managing a group if there is an emergency and maybe a bit of first aid. It should be a fun, but useful morning that will hopefully make people feel more confident should they ever have to deal with someone becoming unwell on a walk.
