Overview

Leisurely paced 6 mile walk - about 3 hours walking. Drop-out for bus to Romford after lunch at 4 miles.

Undulating with one long gradual hill early in walk. Some rough walking farmland. Firm surface after lunch. Short road section at end of walk.

Route: Havering Country Park, Havering-atte-Bower, Noak Hill, Harold Hill.

Lunch: Pub lunch at the Deer’s Rest, Noak Hill.

Meetat 10.30 outside Romford  station (zone 6/Elizabeth line) at stop V for bus 294.  (Loos on Platform 4).
Finish: Harold Wood (Zone 6 - Elizabeth line).
