Overview

A relatively flat walk, much of it through farmland. After going through Bowzel Wood we will pass Bore Place, a regeneratively managed estate which provides educational programmes for young people and (sometimes) ice cream for passers-by (only ice in the freezer on 19 July!). Shortly afterwards we will turn east and then north east for a gently undulating return to the start, and, should you so wish, the Windmill.

Sections of this walk are in the open. If it is very hot and sunny, consider doing like asiatics - carry an umbrella!
