Overview

We head from the cafe onto Church road and head for the main road.  We join the main path which goes past Rutland Nursery and head towards Manton.  We then take the path that runs along side the railway line, then head towards Wing Road. We then walk for a short time on the road before heading off left which heads to Wing village where we will have a short coffee stop.  We then head through a short section of the village and start heading back to Lyndon and return to Picks Barn.

It is muddy/boggy in a couple of places and can be a bit slippery but generally good most of the way round.  Poles would be useful if you have them.
