Overview

Starting from Fermyn Woods Country Park, the Lyveden way is a spectacular walk through the Northamptonshire countryside. It is a mixture of forest trails and open farmland. We will be visiting Lyveden New Bield. An unfinished Elizabethan house. Then heading SE to meet the river Nene at Wadenhoe church. There are toilets and a cafe at the start/end of the walk. The car park costs £3.50 for 12 hours. You can pay by card or cash. To save parking charges, car share if you can.
