Starting near Shardeloes we walk along the valley towards Little Missenden and then cross the river and return through woods higher up on the other side of the valley. A hilly climb up through the woods! On reaching the top we stop for a coffee/biscuit break before heading back to the start.

Meet on the slip road from the A413 (Amersham Bypass) roundabout which is signposted to Shardeloes Nursery and Cricket Club. The turning is one mile north of the junction of the A413 and A404.
