Overview

A linear walk of about three and a half miles along the north bank of the Thames, the missing link in our series.  This is the Thames at its best as it rolls through Chiswick and the village-like Strand-on-the-Green.  Mostly beside the river but with a small amount of pavement  walking.  An early lunch will be taken at the Theatre Café on Barnes Common (as there are no refreshment opportunities beyond here).  There is a very good pub and coffee house for refreshments and toilets at the end of the walk.  Should finish by about 14.00.
!!! No booking required, just turn up.
