We are the Uttlesford Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
This variation of a popular Uttlesford Ramblers walk will start from Stansted Mountfitchet and pass through Bentfield Green and Manuden before returning to The Dog & Duck PH at Stansted. There are no stiles to climb over, yet parts of the walk will be muddy at this time of year. After the walk we will go for (optional) pub lunch at The Dog & Duck.

Car park of The Dog & Duck PH, 58 Lower St, Stansted Mountfitchet CM24 8LR. Please park close together and in double rows as the pub only has a small car park. Non-diners please park in the public car park (fee applies), Castle Maltings CM24 8XN. [The entrance to the public car park is from the opposite end of Lower Street. From the pub, turn sharp left at the mini roundabout and proceed to the long-term parking section at the far end, by the skate park. From there it is approx. 8 minutes walk to The Dog&Duck.]
