We cross from Dryhill towards Brasted, passing above Sundridge Church. After a mid-morning stop on the green at Brasted, we continue up to Emmetts where there are picnic tables and hot drinks available. (The cafe is closed at the time of writing but there is a ‘tea-wagon’). There are loos too but, due to the ongoing refurbishment, these may be limited in number. We return to Dryhill via Brook Place and Whitley Row. Not much steep ascent but not much flat either. Good views from the high points on a clear day and lovely woods in the afternoon. Mostly good surfaces underfoot, not much mud, three or four stiles (all in reasonable nick). Boots/wellies recommended, though, because there is a water-logged field at one point on the walk.
